About Me
Based in Exeter, I offer both in person and online sessions. My approach to therapy and counselling is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in real curiosity about each person’s experience. I am particularly interested in the patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others, and in creating a space where difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be explored openly and without judgement.
Prior to my psychotherapy training, I spent over twenty years working within the music industry in roles centred around close interpersonal work, long-term relationships, creativity, communication, identity, and emotional pressure. Working with people across demanding and emotionally exposed environments has given me a deep appreciation for the different ways individuals adapt, cope, relate, and protect themselves.
I am currently training towards an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, specialising in Relational Transactional Analysis at Level 7/Master’s level, and have two years experience seeing clients in placement. I also hold a BA degree in Social Psychology, which continues to inform my interest in human behaviour, relationships, identity, and emotional life.
