Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £45.

I offer both in-person counselling and psychotherapy from my practice in central Exeter, as well as online sessions across the UK.

If you're considering therapy and would like to talk first, I offer a free initial phone consultation. This gives us a chance to discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you're looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.
